Cheryl Foster is a Nationally Certified Reflexologist through the American Reflexology Certification Board. Cheryl’s full time reflexology practice in southeast Denver emphasizes deep relaxation as the fundamental premise for healing and radiant health. Her 15 years of teaching gentle, therapeutic yoga in classes and privately have significantly improved her skills in addressing the whole body – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Committed to fostering the further growth and awareness of reflexology as a powerful and significant integrative healing modality, Cheryl is a contracted instructor for Kaiser Permanente Centers for Complementary Medicine where she teaches classes on the benefits of reflexology for foot related issues and overall mind/body health. She is also aligned with the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center as a provider/trainer for medical residents who are rotating through their Complementary Alternative Medicine elective. Cheryl feels that reflexology holds a valuable place in the integrative approach to medicine, which expands the potential for healing and wellness for all.
She practices full time in an office near I-25 at Yale, close to the corner of Yale and Monaco. Please visit her website for more information or call her at 303.993.7546.
